Madina, also known as Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah (The Enlightened City), is the second holiest city in Islam. It is home to the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), which houses the tomb of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The city welcomed the Prophet during his migration (Hijrah) from Makkah and became the first capital of the Islamic state. Visiting Madina is a deeply spiritual experience for Muslims.
